The next evolution in Magpul’s MBUS (Magpul® Back-Up Sight) line, the MBUS 3 incorporates the best features, strengths and value of Magpul’s original MBUS and MBUS Pro Sights in a feature-packed back-up sight system.
Significantly reduced in size from the MBUS, it sits at just .44” when folded and 1.15” at its widest point. Its aesthetics are derived from the MBUS Pro, but the MBUS 3 Rear Sight is constructed of their impact-resistant polymer, making it lightweight and extremely durable. Featuring the same spring-loaded technology as its predecessor, they can be deployed with an ambidextrous push-button. The MBUS 3 sits at standard AR-height when deployed. The MBUS 3 Rear Sight includes a rapid-select aperture system. Made in the USA. The Magpul MBUS 3 Front Sight has been downsized, measuring only .44 inches high and 1.15 inches wide. Even though the sight looks like the MBUS Pro, this front sight has been crafted from Magpul’s impact-resistant polymer, which saves weight while making it incredibly strong. A spring-loaded push button deploys the Magpul MBUS 3 folding front sight when needed, bringing it up to standard AR-15 sight height. You won’t need any tools to adjust the elevation on this sight, and there’s even a dual-width front sight included that’s similar to the one found on the MBUS Pro. These sights can be had in black, flat dark earth, stealth gray or OD green, and they’re all made in the USA.
